Hi! I'm Julien-Olivier "Jok" Koch, a 36 year old wildlife and landscape photographer originally from France. I moved to British Columbia back in 2013 to live close to the mountains and the ocean.

I've always had a love for the wild and first started taking pictures when my dad gifted me a camera.

I would go out in the forests and mountains to photograph birds, squirrels, panoramas and whatever else I could find. I realized that I really enjoy capturing beautiful moments and places. I also love the solitude and peace of remote areas.

In the past few years, I've spent more time on the ocean allowing me to witness what the coast has to offer.

Spending time outdoors and exploring new locations is what makes me happy.

I hope you enjoy my photographs as much as I like taking them.
